Mike began his investment industry career in 2004 and joined Stifel upon its acquisition of Ryan Beck & Co. in 2007. Prior to Ryan Beck, where he served as a financial advisor for nearly two years, he worked for Advest. He also served as the Director of Golf of Hershey Country Club from 2000 to 2004.
Active in his community, Mike is a board member of the Lebanon Community Library, Lebanon County District Library, and Lebanon Valley Economic Development Corp. He serves on the finance committee at St. Paul the Apostle Church and serves on the Golf Committee for the Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce. Mike previously served as a board member of the Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Mike earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Shippensburg University in 1993 and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses.
Brett has been serving his clients since 2000. Prior to joining Stifel in 2007, Brett served as a financial advisor for Legg Mason for five years and Ryan Beck & Co. for nearly two years.
Having attained and maintained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification, Brett met the experience requirements of the CFP Board, successfully completed financial planning coursework, and passed the CFP® Certification Examination covering the following areas: the financial planning process, risk management, investments, tax planning and management, retirement and employee benefits, and estate planning.
Active in the community, Brett serves as a board member of the Lebanon Rescue Mission and volunteers in different roles at his church. He also served as a past board member of the Leadership Lebanon Valley and past board chairman of the Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Sonia joined the Battistelli Holland Wealth Management Group in 2017 and focuses on clients’ investment planning and wealth management needs. Prior to joining Stifel, she served as a Registered Investment Advisor Representative with M&T Securities for 12 years. She also has more than 25 years of financial services experience, serving as a bank teller and customer service representative in consumer lending.
Active in the community, Sonia is a member of the Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce. She also serves as a board member and past president of the Kiwanis Club of Lebanon and board member and chair of the finance committee for Pennsylvania Kiwanis Foundation and as board chair of the Lebanon Kiwanis Fore Kids golf outing.
Sonia holds Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses.
Dena focuses on comprehensive client service. She works closely with clients, arranging consultations, client events, and the marketing/media information the team delivers. She is the first person to greet you when you walk into the office.
Dena is passionate about helping people and building relationships. She brings a depth of client service experience, with a strong desire to assist clients. Prior to joining the Battistelli Holland Wealth Management Group, she spent 12 years working in the legal field and three years serving as a title abstractor.
Born and raised in Lebanon County, Dena enjoys spending time with friends, family, and especially her new grandson. She is also a member of St. Paul the Apostle Handbell Choir and a member of the Travel & Leisure Auction Committee with Lebanon Family Health Services.
Kerri assists the team with a wide variety of administrative support duties and is committed to delivering an outstanding client service experience. Prior to joining the Battistelli Holland Wealth Management Group, she held various management positions in the banking industry.
A Pennsylvania native, Kerri attended Kutztown University and enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Tom, and their daughter, Sarah. She is also a member of Zion’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, where she serves as finance secretary, chairperson of the finance committee, and member of Mission Ministry.
Gina began her financial services career at Stifel in 2022. Prior to joining Stifel, she spent 17 years in the transportation industry, working in customer service, billing, and payroll. Today, she delivers top-tier client service and assists the team with administrative and operational duties.
Gina earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College. Outside the office, she is the assistant high school girls’ basketball coach for Northern Lebanon and a member of the social ministry committee at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church of Lebanon.
